Finding and visiting this villa has been a real pleasure for me. The location is umbelievably good. You are in the middle of the countryside near Tocco da Casauria, on the route to the ski resorts, yet the motorway is at only 3 minutes drive away and that means less than 20 minutes from Pescara Airport and the beaches.
Built in 1995, this modern three-floors villa with garden space offers great value for money. Three floors of almost 100 sq m each, with 5 bedrooms which sleep 11 people. Two separate entrances, one with immediate parking space available on the side of the garden, the other in the opposite side, leading to a courtyard surrounding the house.
As you enter this front entrance, you are in a large lounge, with a staircase to the first floor in the far right end corner and access to a kitchen/living room in front of you. From the kitchen you enter a middle room leading to a very cute taverna, beautifully furnished and with a typical Abruzzo atmosphere. One bathroom completes the floor.
On the first floor you find three bedrooms, one bathroom and three balconies, one very large, leading to the attic. This is an interesting thing, because the attic can be accessed independently from the garden through an external staircase. A useful feature if the villa is used by two or more families with different holiday needs and habits at different hours of the day and night. Also the attic can be let to make it a source of income right away.
On the attic there is a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
