Cost of HouseAbruzzo services On your house purchase the applicable commission is 3%+VAT of the sale price (VAT is called IVA in Italy and is set at 20%). A minimum agent commission of 2500 euros is requested (if the 3% is lower than 2500 euros). For those who would like to advertise on my website and sell their houses directly, the fee is 175 euros + VAT. Viewings of the houses on sale are free of charge if you drive your own car, or a small fee will be requested for travel expenses and professional time. Other fees for specific requirements (rent management, property maintenance, etc.) can be negotiated on request. All services are offered with the maximum business transparency, respect of professional ethics and regard for your privacy.
